Virtual 1:1 Sessions

Workout from anywhere. All you need is an internet connection! We'll meet for 45-minute sessions on Zoom, at a frequency of your choice: biweekly, weekly, or bimonthly.

Made-for-You Workouts

Every plan is designed for your body, accounting for injuries, chronic pain, what equipment you have, and what kinds of movement you actually enjoy.

Ongoing Accountability

We'll talk about your goals and figure out what level of accountability works best for you outside of our live sessions. Whether that's written workout plans, following along to workout videos, or some no-pressure homework. We'll figure out what you need.
